About this website
This is an informational website for overseas businesses and advisers interested in China-facing debt recovery. You may submit a preliminary case assessment request with basic claim information and optional documents. This site does not provide user accounts, payments or behavioural advertising.
Preliminary case assessment requests
When you submit the form, we process the debtor name, claim amount and currency, your country or region, claim basis, current status, email address and any documents you choose to attach. We also include the originating page, submission time and a request reference. We use this information to review and respond to your request and consider whether we can assist, including applicable conflict checks.
Information submitted through the form is stored in private storage provided by our website hosting platform. Only the authorised website owner can view requests and download attachments through the protected intake inbox. The website does not place your claim or attachments in browser storage or make them publicly accessible. A successful submission confirms receipt only; it does not establish a lawyer–client relationship or constitute acceptance of instructions.
Provide only information needed for the initial review and redact unrelated personal information. Please do not upload highly sensitive or privileged material before suitable arrangements are confirmed. Access should be limited to those reviewing the enquiry and the service providers supporting delivery. Submitted information may be retained in our intake and correspondence systems for enquiry handling and applicable professional or legal requirements. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to those requirements.
Email contact
Contact links on this site use your device’s email application. The site itself does not collect or store the message. If you send an email, the information you choose to provide will be processed through your email provider and the recipient’s email service for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your enquiry.
Do not send highly sensitive, privileged or time-critical material until the recipient has confirmed that the communication can be accepted and appropriate arrangements are in place.
Technical information
The hosting platform may process routine technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request logs, IP-derived security signals and device or browser information. This website does not add analytics or tracking scripts.
Google search
The site search opens Google in a new tab using a query limited to this domain. Google’s own terms and privacy practices apply once you follow that link. The query is not stored by this website.
